Through 108 photographs, Conversations: Photography from the Bank of America Collection is an exhibit that explores the evolution of the practice and the wide variety of subjects in the world of photography.

The selection of the work of widely renowned artists such as Eugène Atget, Harry Callahan, Walker Evans, Dorothea Lange, Gustave Le Gray, László Moholy-Nagy, Man Ray, Edward Steichen, Alfred Stieglitz, Paul Strand, Edward Weston and Garry Winogrand, together with contemporary photographers such as Bernd and Hilla Becher, Gregory Crewdson, Philip Lorca diCorcia, Graciela Iturbide, Vik Muniz and Cindy Sherman, to mention only a few, takes us on a tour of the photographic revolution from the mid-19th century to the present, highlighting the importance of this medium in recent decades, as well as its role in the development of new artistic languages and technological resources.

The exhibition includes portraits, landscapes, street and abstract photography; it establishes juxtapositions among the artists to generate a rich visual dialogue that outlines the history of photography.
